System Health Check

You get a report on one app or website, with a fix list and a price for each fix.

One system means one app or one website. The report covers speed, stability, running cost and code risk, with a priced fix list.
Limits
Several systems are quoted separately before we start. The fixes cost 25M to 100M VND, priced from the list.

Custom Software

Internal tools, customer apps and platforms. You work directly with the engineer who builds them, phase by phase.

Each phase gives you working software that is tested and launched. Each phase has its own price, written and signed before it starts.
Limits
Monthly support is optional and priced separately.

    Our senior engineers write the code. No subcontracting without your consent.

    What we will and will not do, the timeline, the price and how we both know it is done are signed before your first payment. If we take longer than planned, you pay no more.

    Paid in stages

    30 · 30 · 30 · 10 on build work. The last 10% is due after 30 stable days and a measured-results report. If the scope changes midway, you pay only for the stages that are done and accepted.

    Your code, your IP

    The code lives in a repository in your name from day one. At handover, you get the code and full ownership of it.

    NDA before access

    We sign an NDA before any access, start view-only and follow Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law. A data processing agreement is available.

    Documentation and a handover session with every delivery, then 90 days of free bug fixes on what we built.

    HAIKOTEK COMPANY LIMITED, tax ID 0318449407, registered in May 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We issue VAT e-invoices according to Vietnamese law.

Do you only do AI projects?

No. Many tasks need plain automation or a fix, not AI. We use AI only where it beats a simple rule.

Do we have to replace our software?

Usually not. We build on the tools you already use when they let us connect or export data. We check this in the Operations Review. If a tool you already have does the job, we will say so.

How much does it cost to start?

Prices exclude VAT. An Operations Review is 5M VND for 1 to 3 manual tasks. A Small Job is 8M VND. A Website Speed Fix is 6M VND. A System Health Check is 12M VND. An Automation Pilot starts from 18M VND. Custom Software starts from 35M VND per phase. Each price is fixed for a written scope.

What if my job is bigger than a package?

Size Small of an Automation Pilot is exactly 18M VND. Size Medium is about 25M to 40M VND. A Medium or Large job should go through an Operations Review first. A Large job becomes Custom Software, with each phase from 35M VND. Extra work always gets a separate signed quote.

What if the Automation Pilot misses the target?

The target and how we measure it are signed before your first payment. The acceptance payment is due only when the criteria are met. If we fall short on our side, we keep fixing at no extra cost. If the inputs or scope change, we agree a new scope with you in writing first.

Is our data and code safe?

The code lives in a repository in your name from day one. We sign an NDA before any access and start with view-only access. We follow Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law. A data processing agreement is available.

Do you work with individuals?

Yes. We take on founders with an idea, freelancers and independent professionals, with the same process and the same price list. The scope is written and the price is fixed. Most start with a Small Job or an Operations Review.Pricing for individuals

  • Where and whenBased in Saigon. Monday to Friday, Vietnam time, UTC+7. That covers most of Singapore’s working day and Australian afternoons. We take calls with US clients from 15:00 to 23:00 Saigon time, GMT+7. That is about 3:00 to 11:00 ET and 0:00 to 8:00 PT in US standard time.
  • Response timeWe reply within one business day by email, WhatsApp or Zalo.
  • Contract and NDAOur contracts are in English, and we sign an NDA before we access your systems or data.
  • PricingWe issue VAT e-invoices according to Vietnamese law. Clients outside Vietnam pay in USD. Prices are on the Pricing page. Payment details are set out in the contract.
  • Written guaranteesYou get a fixed price for a written scope, written finish criteria and 90 days of free bug fixes. At handover, the code and full ownership are yours.
