Haikotek / Lab
Haikotek Lab
Prove the idea before you commit. A senior engineer screen-shares working prototypes, explains trade-offs in plain language, and maps what a funded build would look like - no showroom visit required.

Who it’s for
Founders, sponsors, and product owners deciding whether Haikotek should build or partner - including people who do not write code but need evidence beyond a deck.
What happens in a session
We agree an agenda in advance, then demo working code or a controlled spike on your scenario - for example a document workflow on your sample files, a short automation between your tools, or an on-device demo to discuss privacy. You ask questions live. A recording or short written readout may follow when agreed. Lab is proof and scoping; full delivery sits under Performance, Product delivery, or Pragmatic AI after fit is clear.
Idea only? Product Discovery workshop
If you have a strong idea but no technical brief, book a paid Product Discovery workshop (typically 1-2 weeks). A senior engineer works with you to shape the problem, sketch the first prototype path, and produce a build/no-build recommendation with rough milestones. You pay for that shaping step; a full engineering contract is a separate decision afterward.
Common questions
- What is the difference between Lab and Product Discovery?
- Lab is a short remote prove-it session (about 45-60 minutes) with a senior engineer. Product Discovery is a paid 1-2 week workshop to shape an idea into a prototype path and a written next-step recommendation. Both can lead to a delivery contract - neither is unlimited free consulting.
- Do we need to visit a showroom?
- No. Sessions are remote screen-share with an agreed agenda. A recording or short written readout may follow when agreed.
- How do we book?
- Contact us with your goal, preferred topics, and attendees. We reply with agenda options for Lab, or a Discovery proposal when the idea still needs shaping.
